Change Group (a Prosegur's Company) is looking for a creative, proactive, and social-media-savvy intern to join our Marketing Team as a Social Media Content Creator & Community Manager. You will help shape our digital presence and create engaging content for multiple international markets.

What will be your main duties?

Content Creation:

  • Create content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Reels
  • Produce visuals, short videos, and stories aligned with our brand identity
  • Write engaging captions adapted to each platform
  • Participate in the editorial calendar

Content Scheduling:

  • Schedule and publish content on all platforms, maintaining a consistent publication frequency and tone of voice.

Community Management:

  • Animate and grow our online community
  • Respond to comments and private messages
  • Interact with followers and support customer engagement
  • Market Research & Creative Monitoring
  • Benchmark competitors and monitor industry trends
  • Identify new creative formats and propose innovative ideas

Analytics & Reporting:

  • Track key metrics such as reach, engagement, views, and follower growth
  • Prepare regular performance reports
  • Provide recommendations based on results

What are we looking for?

  • Currently enrolled in a Master's program in Communication, Digital Marketing, Advertising, Creative Media, Business School with a marketing specialization, or a related field
  • Strong interest in social media, digital communication, and content creation
  • Creative, autonomous, proactive, and detail-oriented
  • Comfortable with Canva Pro, CapCut, and similar tools
  • Previous experience in content creation is a strong advantage
  • Excellent command of English (international environment)
  • French is a plus but not mandatory

What We Offer

  • Possibility of signing an agreement with your educational center or through a center associated with Prosegur.
  • Full-time scholarship (Monday to Thursday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and Friday until 3:00 p.m.).
  • Remuneration of 600€ per month.
  • Flexible hybrid working system (2 remote days allowed)
