Zona FrancaQuality Control Technician
El principal objetivo del puesto es controlar calidad del producto en cada etapa del proceso de fabricación de acuerdo a los procedimientos establecidos con la finalidad de asegurar la calidad de los productos, en las óptimas condiciones de seguridad, medioambiente, calidad, nivel de servicio y productividad.
Sobre el puesto- Cumplir con la política y normas de HSE&S establecidas en AkzoNobel (LSR – Life Saving Rules) y participar activamente en las iniciativas que se promuevan en dicho ámbito.
- Cumplir con los procedimientos e instrucciones de trabajo que apliquen en su área de actuación y con las normas de Planta, Seguridad, Salud y Medioambiente establecidas en la compañía.
- Asegurar que sus funciones están orientadas a conseguir los objetivos marcados (KPI's).
- Velar por el cuidado de los equipos de trabajo.
- Comunicar de inmediato cualquier anomalía en el proceso.
- Contribuir activamente al mantenimiento de niveles de excelencia 5S de orden y limpieza establecidos en AkzoNobel.
- Contribuir activamente en los proyectos de mejora continua: TRACC/ Lean Manufacturing etc.
- Participar en la formación establecida y aplicarla de forma efectiva en su ámbito de trabajo.
- Experiencia de 2-3 años en puesto similar.
- Formación mínima: CFGM en química.
- Castellano hablado y escrito. Nivel medio de inglés.
- Conocimiento aplicación normas de ensayo.
- Conocimientos de ofimática a nivel de usuario y SAP.
- Conocimiento del funcionamiento de los equipos de laboratorio y los procedimientos vigentes.
