About the Role

We are looking for a warm and reliable 
Spanish (and English)-speaking nanny
 to join our family of five in the Netherlands. This role combines 
childcare (50%)
 and 
part-time support for YOUNG operations (50%)
.

You will care for three children (ages 6–12), supporting their daily routines and natural Spanish learning, while also contributing to YOUNG's projects and operations.

Housing is provided.

Responsibilities

Family Duties (approx. 50% of time)

  • Provide attentive care and organize age-appropriate activities for all children

  • Promote healthy habits, positive behavior, and good manners

  • Integrate Spanish learning naturally into routines

  • Maintain consistency in day-to-day life at home

  • Take care and feel responsible for the daily routine and logistics of the family/kids; regarding sports, (school) activities, play dates etc. Cargobicycle is available

  • Responsible for preparing healthy meals/diner

  • Small household and cleaning tasks around the house

  • Oversee children's wardrobes and prepare for travel/school/sports

  • Run small errands related to the children

  • Collaborate closely with parents and household staff

YOUNG Responsibilities (approx. 50% of time)

  • Assist with administrative and operational tasks as needed

  • Support team members with daily projects and events

  • Represent YOUNG professionally in internal and external communications

  • Contribute to smooth daily operations and general organization

  • Act quickly, deliver outcomes.

Requirements

  • Native or fluent Spanish and english speaker

  • Experience and qualifications (preferably with multiple children)

  • Can easily ride a bicycle

  • Willing to relocate to the Netherlands

  • Responsible, calm, proactive, flexible and adaptable

  • First Aid certificate is a plus

  • Dutch knowledge is a plus

  • EU passport or support visa required (no sponsorship provided)

What We Offer

  • Net salary: €1800–€2000 per month (depending on experience)

  • Live-in housing (private room) included

  • House is very close to the dunes, beach, city center in beautiful surroundings of the Hague

  • Utilities covered

  • Meals provided during working hours

  • Paid vacation

  • Relocation support

Schedule

  • 40 hours per week

  • One full day off

  • Occasional planned evening babysitting
