The Finance team serves as a trusted advisor to the company, informing and guiding critical C-level decisions through insightful analyses & thought partnership. We are looking for a bright, driven individual who will succeed in a fast-paced environment and support our team in making sound recommendations that will allow the company to scale.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Accountant with strong English language skills to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial transactions, preparing reports, reconciling accounts, and ensuring the accuracy of financial data. The role requires proficiency in English, both written and verbal, to effectively communicate financial information with team members, clients, and stakeholders in the UK and in the US.

Financial Record-Keeping: Maintain and update accurate financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger entries, and bank reconciliations.

Financial Reporting: Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports; Analyze financial data to identify discrepancies, trends, and opportunities for improvement; Ensure timely submission of reports to management, highlighting key financial insights and recommendations.

Compliance and Audits: Ensure compliance with local accounting regulations, tax laws, and company policies; Assist in internal and external audits by providing required documentation and supporting information.

Budgeting and Forecasting: Support the development of budgets and financial forecasts, monitoring actual performance against projections; Help prepare variance analysis to explain differences between actual and forecasted results.

Software and Systems: Use accounting software (SAP) to enter and track financial transactions.

Additional Duties: Assist with ad hoc financial tasks as needed, including tax filings, payroll support, and financial analysis; Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business operations and ensure financial accuracy.

You have at least a C1 English level. 

1-2 years of professional experience as Accountant

Bachelor's Administration and Finance

Advanced level of English.

Able to manage and organize documentation, as well coordination with different departments

SAP experience

Capacity for methodical work and organizational skills
