Your role and work environment:

As a  Expert Lead Data in Analytics for Retail Tribes, you have the responsibility of our Data Analytics vision and strategy for retail tribes, product and customer vision. You have to offer retail teams with descriptive analytics capabilities acting as a business consultant to identify business opportunities where our Data Analyst resources could generate an impact on our business needs. Always supporting your team, developing the data analyst craftsmanship, guiding and inspiring your team.

Your key responsibilities:

You will lead Analytics for Retail tribes' team to offer the best-in-class descriptive analytics and business diagnosis to Retail Tribes, identifying insights that guide product and customer strategies. This role combines expertise in analytics & leadership responsibilities: ​

Lead the Area roadmap and direct backlog. ​

Provide functional freedom for retail tribes to define the backlog of the Data Analysts while ensure that the team influences the backlog to generate value and business impact through data analytics.​

Coordinate the team to maximize efficiency and accuracy of your backlog, while solving impediments. ​

Optimize resources allocation to Tribes' needs, existing or new projects, balancing resources if needed.​

Develop the Data Analyst craftsmanship, guiding and inspiring your team toward a common goal, fostering collaboration and helping individuals to reach their full potential.

Experience in analytics or intelligence roles, ideally within retail banking or financial services. Experience in Excel, SAS and SQL, or other data query tools.

Bachelor's degree in mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or related field with strong analytical content. A master's degree or certifications in Data Analytics or Customer Intelligence is a plus.

Fluent English (written and spoken).

Como Expert Lead Data in Analytics for Retail Tribes, tendrás la responsabilidad de definir la visión y estrategia de Data Analytics para los retail tribes, productos y visión de cliente/a. Tu misión será ofrecer a los equipos de retail capacidades de analítica descriptiva, actuando como persona consultora de negocio para identificar oportunidades donde los recursos de Data Analyst puedan generar impacto en las necesidades del negocio. Siempre apoyando a tu equipo, desarrollando la excelencia técnica en análisis de datos, guiando e inspirando hacia un objetivo común.

Tus principales responsabilidades:

Liderar el equipo de Analytics para Retail Tribes ofreciendo analítica descriptiva de primer nivel y diagnóstico de negocio, identificando insights que orienten las estrategias de producto y cliente/a.
Este rol combina experiencia en analítica y responsabilidades de liderazgo:

Definir la hoja de ruta del área y gestionar el backlog.

Proporcionar libertad funcional a los retail tribes para definir el backlog de Data Analysts, asegurando que el equipo influya en él para generar valor e impacto en el negocio mediante analítica de datos.

Coordinar al equipo para maximizar eficiencia y precisión del backlog, resolviendo impedimentos.

Optimizar la asignación de recursos según las necesidades de los tribes, proyectos existentes o nuevos, equilibrando recursos cuando sea necesario.

Desarrollar la excelencia técnica del equipo de Data Analysts, guiando e inspirando hacia un objetivo común, fomentando la colaboración y ayudando a cada persona a alcanzar su máximo potencial.

Conocimiento en Excel, SAS y SQL, u otras herramientas de consulta de datos.

Grado en Matemáticas, Estadística, Informática, Economía o áreas afines con fuerte componente analítico. Máster o certificaciones en Data Analytics o Customer Intelligence son un plus.

Inglés fluido (oral y escrito).
