Responsibilities

Founding full-stack engineer — ship features, own architecture and reliability, and grow into CTO.

  • Write clean, pragmatic code; move fast without breaking things.
  • Design scalable, secure systems for enterprise.
  • Build and own AI/LLM toolchains that automate legal workflows.
  • Set the technical roadmap; hire, mentor and lead engineers.
  • Measure and guarantee uptime, performance and delivery.

Requirements

Hands-on, founder-mindset engineer who ships production systems and leads the team.

  • Table stakes: Python, FastAPI, LLMs, GCP or AWS, Docker/K8s, CI/CD, IaC.
  • Product sense: turn fuzzy problems into specs and APIs.
  • Leadership: hire, mentor, own architecture; ambition for CTO.
