As a
DevOps Engineer (Junior / Middle)
, you will play a key role in designing, automating, and maintaining our cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines to support scalable, secure, and high-performing AI-driven solutions across the business. You will collaborate closely with engineering and data teams to enhance our development workflows, streamline deployments, and ensure reliability across AWS and Azure environments.


Fluency in English is required
, and you must
be currently based in Barcelona or the surrounding area

What will your day-to-day be like?

You will be responsible for designing and managing Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, automating pipelines with GitHub Actions, and implementing DevSecOps practices to strengthen our platform's security and scalability.

Your work will directly support cross-functional teams by enabling faster, safer, and more efficient development and deployment processes in a modern cloud ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Infrastructure Automation & Orchestration:

o Use Terraform to design and manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) across AWS and Azure.

o Maintain consistency and reliability of cloud infrastructure.

o General knowledge regarding AWS modules, configuration and architecture.

Pipeline Development:

o Build and optimize GitHub Actions-based CI/CD pipelines.

o Ensure automation of testing, deployments, and best practice compliance.

  1. GitHub Configuration & Branching:

o Implement GitHub repository settings, including branch protection and code review rules.

o Apply branching strategies such as GitFlow or trunk-based development.

  1. Monitoring & Observability:

o Set up monitoring and observability tools to ensure application performance and system health.

o Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure-related issues quickly.

  1. Scalability, Security & Compliance:

o Architect scalable, secure, and compliant infrastructure in AWS and Azure.

o Enforce best practices in IAM, secrets management, and network security.

6.Collaboration & Support:

o Work cross-functionally with developers and stakeholders to support the development lifecycle.

o Lead incident response efforts and postmortem processes
