The Role

We are looking for an experienced Marketing Analyst to join our team and play a key role in shaping our marketing strategy. You'll be the analytical powerhouse behind our campaigns—translating numbers into insights and insights into action.

What You'll Do

Identify trends, opportunities, and insights to improve marketing ROI.

Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to optimize strategies and budgets.

Analyze marketing performance metrics and campaign results across multiple channels.

Prepare detailed performance reports and dashboards for senior management.

Support the development of data-driven marketing initiatives and customer segmentation.

What We're Looking For

Must be resident in Tenerife. Preferibly Santa Cruz de Tenerife.

Minimum 4 years of experience in marketing analysis, data analytics, or a related field.

Fluent in English (must be able to work and communicate at a native level).

Strong proficiency in analytical tools (Google Analytics, Excel, Power BI, or similar).

Deep understanding of digital marketing KPIs, attribution models, and consumer behavior.

Excellent communication skills and ability to present complex data clearly.

A proactive mindset with a passion for continuous improvement and innovation.
