Funciones principales

  • Desarrollo integral de proyectos: residencial, restauración y hoteles boutique
  • Conceptualización creativa junto al equipo de dirección
  • Diseño técnico y estético: planos, secciones, moodboards, detalles, renders y buen criterio de diseño gráfico.
  • Selección de materiales, mobiliario y acabadas propuestas, así como la búsqueda de materiales innovadores que se adecuen a las exigencias del proyecto. FF&E
  • Dirección de obra y relación con proveedores/industriales.
  • Gestión directa de clientes y tiempos de entrega

Funciones secundarias

  • Participación en presentaciones comerciales
  • Supervisión de calidad en documentación y entregables
  • Coordinación puntual con colaboradores externos (arquitectos, fotógrafos, marcas)
  • Supervisión de junior/interioristas en prácticas si aplica

Requisitos obligatorios

  • Formación en Interiorismo, Arquitectura de Interiores o arquitectura con master en interiorismo.
  • +3/5 años de experiencia en estudios de interiorismo de alto nivel.
  • Experiencia demostrable en proyectos de residencial lujo, restauración o hotelería boutique.
  • Dominio de herramientas: AutoCAD, Adobe Suite (Photoshop, InDesign), SketchUp y similares. Fundamental Sketchup nivel alto.
  • Capacidad para liderar fases de obra, trato con industriales, clientes y proveedores
  • Portfolio que demuestre sensibilidad estética y nivel técnico
  • Español nativo o alto.
  • Carnet conducir, deberás poder moverte, etc.

Deseables

  • Conocimiento de filosofía wabi-sabi, diseño sensorial y emocional
  • Habilidades en 3D: Rhino, Revit, V-Ray u otros
  • Experiencia internacional o sensibilidad hacia otras culturas
  • Inglés técnico (mínimo B2)
  • Capacidad de interlocución con clientes de alto nivel
