Art Director – OPPO Spain

Location: Madrid, Spain

We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Art Director to join OPPO Spain's marketing team.

This role will be responsible for leading the creative direction and visual expression of the OPPO brand across all consumer touchpoints, ensuring a consistent, premium, and innovative brand image.

The ideal candidate will combine strong design skills with creative strategy thinking, a high sense of aesthetics, and hands-on ability in both digital and traditional media.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and produce creative marketing materials, including campaigns, visuals, videos, and retail assets.
  • Ensure OPPO's visual identity and brand image are consistently represented across all consumer touchpoints.
  • Collaborate with marketing, retail, and product teams to translate brand strategy into impactful visual concepts.
  • Supervise external creative partners, agencies, photographers, and production teams to ensure high-quality execution.
  • Manage the full creative process from concept to delivery, maintaining alignment with OPPO's global standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Design, Visual Communication, Advertising, or related fields.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in art direction or creative design (experience in tech, electronics, or lifestyle brands preferred).
  • Proficiency in graphic design, video production/editing, and presentation tools (Keynote / PowerPoint).
  • Strong aesthetic sense and attention to detail, with solid knowledge of professional photography and visual trends.
  • Skilled in using AI-powered creative tools to enhance creative workflow.
  • Responsible, proactive, and capable of handling multiple projects under tight deadlines.
  • Fluent in Spanish; English proficiency is a strong plus.
