This job opening is being managed by Barcelona Activa as an Urgent Hiring Process (PIU) for the company Majoral, which needs to hire Sales Associates.

Salary: starting at 22.400€  for 40h. based on skills. Annual incentives based on goals.This role is part-time, requiring 25 hours per week, and will be carried out during the afternoon shift.

SALES AND CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGEMENT
· Support the Store Manager with the various activities and responsibilities of the store.
· Welcome and advise customers on selecting jewelry, providing information about materials, stones, warranties, and care.
· Build trust and long-lasting relationships with customers.
· Inform the store manager of any issues with a client, as well as request support in making decisions regarding them.
· Manage and track client-related tasks for the store and inform colleagues (in writing or on the computer) of their status.
· Process sales transactions and record operations in the system.
· Achievement of individual and team sales goals.
· Staying up-to-date with jewelry trends and having knowledge of product techniques (materials, design, origin, etc.).
· Specific support in online sales.

· Previous sales experience, preferably in the jewelry or fashion industry.

· Programming Knowledge: SQL PIME. 

· Experience closing the register with a POS/PDA.
· Excellent communication skills and customer-oriented. Fluency in English, Catalan, and   Spanish.
· Patience, perseverance, and professional ethics.
· Ability to work as part of a team.
· Good appearance and aesthetic sensibility.
