Datos Generales

:

  • Tipo de contrato: Indefinido.
  • Ubicación: Madrid
  • Modelo híbrido de trabajo
  • Banda salarial: 24K-26K

Funciones:

  • Soporte al equipo de compras indirectas, maximizando su desempeño. Esto es principalmente para el área de Marketing. Buscamos una persona que sepa lo que es una RFQ, RFI, Bidding, Tender.. que esté acostumbrada a las licitaciones en general.
  • Gestión de las tareas administrativas de la herramienta interna de compras. Cada RFQ tiene asociado unos procesos administrativos que se tienen que completar en la herramienta interna.
  • Apoyo en la implementación de nuevos proyectos.
  • Apoyo en proyectos globales.
  • Soporte en procesos de abastecimientos (accesos y controles internos), principalmente relacionados con las compras de Marketing.
  • Seguimiento y apoyo en auditorías internas.
  • Brindar soluciones para procesos de mejora continua.

Requerimientos
:

  • Necesitamos una persona con experiencia de 2-3 años en el departamento de compras, y que haya realizado licitaciones y homologaciones de proveedores.
  • Perfil dinámico, organizativo y empático.
  • Nivel de Excel: Avanzado.
  • Nivel de Inglés: Intermedio.
  • Persona con experiencia demostrada y conocimiento en las áreas de Procurement o Compras.
