You'd be joining a team of ~25 people, close-knit and pragmatic. Some of us are scaling a mature, revenue-generating platform. Others are prototyping new products that push the limits of speech and agentic AI.
We move fast but think long-term. There's room here to shape, ship, and own real products — not pitch decks.
About the role…
We're looking for our second Product Designer to help shape how people work with their collective memory. You'll partner with Product and AI Engineers to design the future of how conversations turn into insight, action, and focus.
It's a role for fast movers with strong product taste — people who know when to borrow great ideas and when to invent something new.
What you will do…
- Design intuitive, user-centered experiences across the full product journey — from first touch to deep engagement.
- Reimagine the future of work for knowledge teams by leveraging speech AI and LLMs to streamline workflows and boost clarity.
- Own the design process end to end: research, prototype, validate, and ship.
- Define and communicate design vision for new features and products that spark excitement across the company.
- Collaborate tightly with engineers and Ignasi, our CPTO, to bring ideas to life with speed and craft.
What you will bring…
- Proven experience as a Product Designer, ideally in B2B SaaS.
- High empathy, low ego — you seek feedback early and value truth over being right.
- Sharp product sense and curiosity — you follow trends, test new tools, and can explain why something just feels better.
- Strong research chops: you run interviews, usability tests, and synthesize insights into crisp design decisions.
- An entrepreneurial mindset — you move fast, share early, and ship to learn.
- Clear, persuasive communication to align teams and advocate for design insights.
- Hands-on experience building and scaling design systems in Figma.
Bonus points if…
- You're AI-fluent — you've designed or used AI-driven products regularly.
- You've been an early designer helping define UX and research practices in a fast-growing team.
- You've shipped your own products or side projects before.
