We work with major global clients across diverse sectors, including Transport & Logistics, Financial Services, Energy & Utilities, Retail, and Media & Telecommunications.

Location: Madrid, Spain - Relocation is Mandatory

Set up: Hybrid (1 day/week)

• Definition and maintenance of the project plan in collaboration with internal teams and external providers.
• Risk identification and implementation of corrective action plans, ensuring that deliverables defined during the 
• Global Design Phase are delivered on time.
• Ensuring communication between business lines, IT, and service-provider teams.
• Support to the Head of Program through preparation and facilitation of information for steering-committee and 
• project meetings, and provision of the required reporting to Group-Program instances.
• Management of project documentation (plans, reports, minutes, etc.) with version control and central storage.
• Application of project-management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.) appropriate to the scope and 
• complexity of the initiative.
• Management and follow-up of compliance activities, supporting the central Group team in validating the solution 
• with local regulators before implementation and liaising with local compliance experts to ensure that 

implementation criteria are well-assessed, documented, and approved.

• 8 + years of IT project management, client-facing, risk & issue management
• Governance  (JIRA, demand-management)
• Agile/Waterfall methodology
• Strong technical background and experience on technical migration projects and integration among different information systems.

Languages (mandatory)

• Fluent English
• Fluent Spanish
