Service Field Representative - España [Galicia] 

Main Purpose: Responsable del soporte y mantenimiento de la base instalada de equipos de radiología en el sector sanitario dentro de la región de Iberia. Sus funciones incluyen la realización de mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo, asegurando el correcto funcionamiento de los equipos y cumpliendo con los estándares de calidad y seguridad. Se requiere capacidad para trabajar de manera autónoma, con un alto nivel de organización y disponibilidad para desplazamientos según los requerimientos del negocio.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities:

 


• Mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo: Realizar tareas de mantenimiento y reparación en equipos de inyección de radiología, asegurando su correcto funcionamiento y cumplimiento de normativas de calidad y seguridad.

 


• Instalaciones y puesta en marcha: Coordinar e implementar la instalación de nuevos equipos, asegurando una correcta calibración y formación a los usuarios.

 


• Soporte técnico a clientes: Atender incidencias, brindar soporte remoto y presencial a clientes en hospitales y centros de salud, garantizando la satisfacción del usuario final.

 


• Gestion de incidencias: Diagnosticar y solucionar fallos en equipos médicos de radiología, documentando todas las intervenciones en los sistemas internos.

 


• Gestión de bases de datos de equipamientos y piezas en stock: Mantener actualizada la base de datos de los equipos instalados y gestionar el stock de piezas de repuesto de los equipos, asegurando disponibilidad para intervenciones técnicas.

 


• Uso adecuado de herramientas de Bayer: Garantizar el uso correcto de las herramientas y plataformas digitales de Bayer para la gestión de servicio técnico y reporte de actividades.

 


• Optimización de procesos: Identificar oportunidades de mejora en los procedimientos de mantenimiento y soporte técnico.

 


• Coordinación con equipos internos: Colaborar con el equipo de ventas, marketing y gestión de producto para garantizar la excelencia en el servicio.

 


• Formación y actualización técnica: Mantenerse actualizado y con certificaciones vigentes sobre los productos, participando en entrenamientos y certificaciones internas.

 


• Cumplimiento normativo: Asegurar el cumplimiento de regulaciones locales y estándares de calidad en todas las actividades de servicio técnico.

·       Hospitales y centros sanitarios: responsables de departamentos, usuarios de los equipos (enfermería y técnicos de los deptos. De radiología, responsables de IT y de electromedicina).

 

Skills & Qualifications:

 


• Formación: FP en Electrónica, Electromedicina o Ingeniería Técnica relacionada.


• Experiencia: Deseable con equipos médicos.


• Idiomas: Castellano e inglés fluido. Se valora portugués.


• Habilidades técnicas: Conocimiento en electromedicina, redes informáticas y software de diagnóstico.

 


• Otras competencias:

o Capacidad de resolución de problemas y análisis técnico.

o Habilidades de comunicación y trato con clientes.

o Disponibilidad para viajar dentro de Iberia según necesidades del negocio.
