Job description

We are looking for a seasoned Subject Matter Expert with over 6 years of hands-on experience in the Temenos Analytics Platform (TAP). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing and parametrizing solutions based on business and operational requirements within our FI-Master application, which is built on Temenos WSFO (TAP, Triple'A – 21AMR).

Key responsibilities include defining and executing data migrations (e.g., for product upgrades), supporting lifecycle and product updates, and leveraging extensive knowledge of the Temenos landscape—particularly TAP's integration with T24 (Transact). You will support business users through detailed analysis, solution design, and issue resolution as needed, and act as L3 support by monitoring daily processes and handling incident corrections. The role also involves managing the setup and execution of release deployments.

Required experience and skills

  • Several years of experience with Triple A 
  • Experience in incident management and 2nd/3rd level support
  • Several years of experience with Triple A
  • Experience in incident management and 2nd/3rd level support
  • Several years of programming experience (preferably Unix scripting and Java)
  • Several years of experience with Oracle databases
  • Experience in agile project environments
  • In-depth knowledge of banking and finance
  • Familiar to work in an agile environment with Jira
  • Experience with requirements engineering and translation of business requirements into IT solution design

Required trainings completed and certificates/ exams

  • Higher education in IT (University of applied sciences etc.) or Advanced Federal Diploma of Higher Education in business informatics
  • Over 6 years experience in a similar role within the financial industry
  • Very good understanding of software design / development / customization processes
  • Capability to analyze complex and poorly defined problems related to the application and to provide solutions independently
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Basic knowledge of Financial Instruments

Working arrangements

3 days on site, 2 days remote
