Financial Controller

Due to our continued growth, we are looking for a proactive, well-organized, and solution-oriented professional to lead the administrative, financial, and treasury control of our Real Estate projects.
In this role, you will work closely with the CFO and Project Manager, playing a key part in financial oversight, project control, and strategic decision-making across the company's portfolio.
Main Responsibilities
Financial Control & Cost Management
- Prepare and monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial reports for real estate projects
- Analyze and control project costs in close coordination with construction teams
- Monitor cash flow and manage accounts payable and receivable
- Develop and maintain management reports and dashboards (Excel-based)
- Implement cost-control systems and identify efficiency and savings opportunities
Treasury & Administration
- Manage treasury functions, including bank reconciliations, relationships with financial institutions, and contracting banking products
- Maintain and improve project databases, documentation, and records
- Oversee administrative processes and document control
- Review issued and received invoices; manage payments and collections
- Act as a key contact with suppliers, stakeholders, and public authorities (Town Halls, Land Registry, etc.)
- Resolve administrative issues and ensure process efficiency and compliance
Requirements
- University degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
- 7+ years of experience in financial control or administrative management (experience in Real Estate or related sectors is a strong plus)
- High level of English, written and spoken
- Advanced Excel skills
- Strong analytical skills, solution-oriented mindset, and focus on continuous improvement
- Excellent organizational skills and a collaborative team spirit
