We are looking for a
Senior E-learning Developer
to join our
external
project — a next-generation digital learning platform that transforms professional education into an engaging, interactive, and visually rich experience. In this role, you'll design and develop
edutainment-style online courses
that combine storytelling, gamification, and multimedia. You'll work closely with instructional designers, subject-matter experts, and creative teams to turn business concepts into learning products that inspire, educate, and perform.
Location:
Valencia, Spain (on-site, full-time, Monday–Friday)
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop interactive e-learning modules (SCORM/HTML5) using tools such as Articulate 360, Rise, or iSpring
- Create multimedia learning experiences — videos, simulations, animations, and gamified elements for adult learners
- Use AI-powered tools (HeyGen, Synthesia, Genspark, Trooper, Flow With) for avatars, voiceovers, video generation, and localization
- Manage the end-to-end content lifecycle — from storyboarding and prototyping to testing, LMS integration, and launch
- Collaborate with SMEs, instructional designers, and L&D managers to ensure content quality, accuracy, and engagement
- Ensure that all materials meet visual, accessibility, and mobile optimization standards
- Analyze learner feedback and performance metrics to continuously enhance course quality and engagement
Requirements
- Proven experience in e-learning design and development (5+ years preferred)
- Strong hands-on skills with Articulate 360, Rise, Captivate, or iSpring
- Experience building SCORM-compliant courses and integrating with LMS platforms (ideally 360Learning)
- Ability to apply instructional design principles and storytelling techniques to adult learning
- Solid understanding of multimedia production (video, audio, motion design) and familiarity with AI-based content tools
- Basic graphic design experience (Canva, Figma, After Effects, or similar)
- Excellent project management skills — ability to deliver creative, high-quality content under tight deadlines
- Fluency in English and Spanish

Important:
This is an on-site position based in Valencia, Spain. Remote or hybrid work is not available. Candidates must already be located in Valencia.
