Job Description
This year marks 10 years since we launched the idea that it is possible to simplify our customers' lives by offering an innovative solution that allows them to easily subscribe to, manage, and switch all types of contracts via a unique and intuitive platform.

As An Intern At Papernest, Your Responsibilities Could Be

Analytical and Research Tasks

• Conduct sectoral or market monitoring (competitive, technological, regulatory, etc.).
• Collect and analyze internal or external data to support decision-making.
• Produce summary reports on strategic or operational topics.
• Identify improvement opportunities within internal processes.
• Design and carry out a satisfaction survey (for clients, employees, or partners).

Project Management Tasks

• Participate in the planning and monitoring of a cross-functional project.
• Draft specifications or project briefs.
• Develop monitoring tools (dashboards, schedules, key indicators).
• Coordinate communication between multiple teams or departments.
• Contribute to meeting preparation (agenda, minutes, action tracking).

Communication and Outreach Tasks

• Write communication materials (articles, newsletters, LinkedIn posts, etc.).
• Help update the website or manage social media channels.
• Create presentation materials (PowerPoint slides, brochures, infographics).
• Assist with the organization of internal or external events.
• Manage relationships with partners or external providers.

Strategic and Organizational Support Tasks

• Contribute to the improvement of internal processes (optimization, digitalization).
• Help define key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Support the drafting of strategic notes or management documents.
• Propose operational recommendations based on research or analysis.
• Participate in steering meetings or project committees.
