TU MISIÓN

Como Asistente de Espacio, serás la primera impresión que nuestros coworkers y visitantes reciben. Tendrás un rol fundamental en que todo funcione de forma fluida, acogedora y profesional, y contribuirás directamente al buen ambiente que nos define.

TUS RESPONSABILIDADES PRINCIPALES

  • Recibir y atender a coworkers y visitantes, garantizando una experiencia profesional.
  • Gestionar reservas de salas, espacios y eventos.
  • Coordinar proveedores y supervisar tareas de mantenimiento.
  • Apoyar en la organización de eventos y actividades del coworking.
  • Mantener el espacio en perfecto estado y con un ambiente agradable.

LO QUE BUSCAMOS EN TI

  • Experiencia en atención al cliente o en entornos similares.
  • Capacidad de resolución de imprevistos con actitud positiva.
  • Buen manejo de herramientas informáticas y sistemas de gestión de reservas.
  • Experiencia en coordinación de proveedores o tareas operativas.
  • Persona organizada, proactiva, con habilidades de comunicación y espíritu de equipo.
  • Se valorará positivamente el conocimiento de inglés y disponer de vehículo propio.
  • Disponibilidad para incorporación inmediata.
