En Rhenus Air & Ocean, buscamos una persona proactiva y con gran atención al detalle para incorporarse a nuestro departamento de Procesos de Negocio como Junior con experiencia en administración.
Responsabilidades principales:
Apoyar en el despliegue del nuevo TMS (Transport Management System), incluyendo la preparación de materiales de formación.
Colaborar en la organización y realización de formaciones específicas para la división de Air & Ocean.
Asistir en la implementación de proyectos y procesos dentro de la división de Air & Ocean.
Contar con experiencia en entornos de atención al cliente y en la gestión de relaciones con clientes internos y socios externos.
Dar soporte al Director General (MD) en tareas organizativas.
Cumplir con los controles y procedimientos asignados en materia de Compliance (cumplimiento normativo).
Recopilar evidencias del cumplimiento y la eficacia de los controles y procedimientos relacionados con Compliance.
Requisitos mínimos
Conocimientos y experiencia laboral en el sector de Logística y Cadena de Suministro.
Fuertes habilidades analíticas, con capacidad para diagnosticar problemas y apoyar en su resolución.
Excelentes habilidades para la toma de decisiones y la gestión de múltiples tareas.
Capacidad de organización y gestión del tiempo.
Excelentes habilidades de comunicación, tanto oral como escrita.
Nivel fluido de inglés (se realizará una prueba de nivel).
Conocimientos generales de las aplicaciones de Microsoft Office, sistemas operativos y software.
Disponibilidad para trabajar en un entorno multicultural.
