Job Description
As part of the Brand Strategy & Experience team at Mantu, this internship offers the opportunity to contribute to the development and execution of the group's brand initiatives. You will join a dynamic environment focused on innovation, collaboration, and impactful storytelling, supporting the team in various strategic and creative projects.

Your missions:

  • Assist in developing brand assets and guidelines for Mantu's evolving identity
  • Support market research and benchmark studies to inform brand positioning
  • Contribute to storytelling and ensure consistency in key messaging across channels
  • Help craft case studies, articles, and visuals for campaigns and sales materials
  • Collaborate with creative teams (design, copy, video) to produce engaging assets
  • Support campaign preparation and execution alongside the Campaign Manager
  • Assist with content planning and posting across LinkedIn and other platforms
  • Monitor performance and engagement metrics, identifying trends and proposing creative content ideas
  • Assist in organizing events such as internal launches, client conferences, and creative activations
  • Manage event logistics, guest lists, and post-event communication
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Growth, Digital, Employer Branding, Communications)
  • Support KPI tracking and reporting on campaign performance

Your profile:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
  • Previous internship or project experience in branding, marketing, or communications is a plus
  • Proficiency in English (written and spoken) is required
  • Comfortable using digital tools and platforms relevant to marketing and communication
  • Experience or interest in AI/OpenAI tools is an advantage
  • Creative, proactive, and detail-oriented, with strong communication and organizational skills
  • Demonstrates an entrepreneurial mindset and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
