What You'll Be Doing:
As a Marketing Trainee, you will gain hands-on experience in hotel marketing operations while developing essential skills in digital communications, branding, and project coordination. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Support in the execution of marketing projects and campaigns in line with brand standards and hotel strategies.
  • Assist in maintaining and updating the hotel website to ensure content accuracy, consistency, and alignment with current promotions and events.
  • Collaborate in the creation and scheduling of social media content to engage our audience and enhance brand presence across platforms.
  • Coordinate with different hotel departments to collect relevant information for marketing communications.
  • Assist in monitoring online presence and reputation, supporting the Marketing team in responding to reviews and inquiries.
  • Help organize and document marketing events and activities, ensuring smooth coordination and high-quality execution.
  • Stay updated on hospitality and marketing trends, contributing fresh ideas to ongoing projects and initiatives.

Qualifications
What We're Looking For:

  • A current student specializing in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in the hotel industry and hospitality marketing.
  • Understanding of marketing events and brand activations.
  • Creativity, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and digital communication trends.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
  • Language Skills: Advanced English and Advanced Spanish is a must.
  • Full-Time Commitment: This is a paid internship, Monday to Friday. Please note that housing is not included.
  • Our internship programs require 6-month availability starting in January.
  • Educational Collaboration: You must be able to sign a collaboration agreement with your school or study center.
  • Work Authorization: You need to have legal authorization to work in Spain or your University must be approved for Internships in the EU.
  • Relevant Career Path: Your studies should be related to the internship
