Arquitecte Project Manager Senior
per liderar projectes d'arquitectura amb focus en rendibilitat, terminis i excel·lència en el servei al client.
La posició liderarà la gestió integral del projecte, actuant com a referència interna i com a interlocutor/a principal amb el client i els agents implicats.
Què faràs
- Planificació i direcció del projecte (fites, lliurables i coordinació de fases: avantprojecte, bàsic i executiu).
- Control de terminis, pressupost i recursos, amb seguiment de desviacions i mesures correctores.
- Lideratge de reunions i tancament de decisions (actes, compromisos i seguiment).
- Coordinació dequips interns i col·laboradors, garantint una integració efectiva de disciplines.
- Gestió de tramitacions i coordinació per a l'obtenció de llicències, assegurant compliment normatiu i estàndards de qualitat.
- Identificació i gestió de riscos (tècnics, administratius, abast i planificació).
- Comunicació i negociació amb client i tercers per alinear abast, cost, termini i expectatives.
Què busquem
- Arquitecte/a (titulació en Arquitectura).
- Mínim 10 anys d'experiència com a arquitecte/a, amb almenys 5 anys demostrables gestionant projectes arquitectònics d'alta complexitat com a PM.
- Coneixement profund del procés complet: agents tècnics i administratius, normativa aplicable, pràctiques habituals i gestió de llicències.
- Orientació clara a objectius: rendibilitat, compliment de terminis i satisfacció del client.
- Excel·lents habilitats de lideratge, comunicació i negociació.
- Anglès alt si el projecte requereix interlocució internacional.

- Contracte indefinit a jornada completa.
- Horari: 9:00–14:00 i 15:00–18:30; divendres 9:00–15:00.
