• This one-year internship & graduate program is just the first step to learning about the fashion industry and what it is like to work within it.
• If your internship is successful you will have the chance to become a part of the group full-time as a Young Talent, with a permanent contract and an increase of responsibilities.
• Eventually, after these two years, you will be promoted and become a Specialist to be a core member of the team.

Your position will be in the executive area of your choice: 

Product: As the heart of the company, it works on offering our consumers the best product while investing in quality, innovation, craftsmanship, and sustainability.

Marketing: This area is responsible for the business' public relations, brand partnerships and driving brand relevance via our social media presence to connect with current and future consumers.

Digital: This area is in charge of driving and leading AWW G's transition into the digital world and building the best-in-class brand experience.

Wholesale-Commercial: This area is in charge of enhancing the group's sales and wholesale partnerships to ensure profitability.

Retail: This area is in charge of our stores' development, windows management and retail analytics to ensure that we respond to the market needs with agility and speed.

Human Resources: HR is focused on our people, working experience & values, with a strong investment in new generations and employees' well-being.

Logistics and Operations (Barcelona): This area has the goal to strengthen the company's different areas of operations (warehousing, retail, and customer service) and build a strong culture of collaboration and process excellence.

Finance (Barcelona): This area is responsible for the implementation of transformation strategies and initiatives to ensure business growth while providing financial assessment to all business areas.

Who we are looking for:

• This program is for you if you are studying or have finished your studies within the past 3 years in Business Administration, Marketing or Fashion
• An advanced proficiency in English is required; Spanish, German or French are a plus
• Good use of Office tools such as Excel, Power Point and Word.
• Passion for the world of retail and fashion
• Previous professional experience is not required but the ambition and energy to give your best is a must

As for the formal requirements:

• Internship program: It´s mandatory that you can sign an internship agreement with your university. Get your first professional experience
• Graduate program: For graduates from official bachelor or master studies within the last three years. Keep growing as a professional

Where is the internship taking place? Mainly in our HQ in Madrid (Spain) although some opportunities may arise in other locations in Europe.
