Buscamos un Chief Technology Officer (CTO) a tiempo completo y presencial en Barcelona. Stuveo ya está en producción, con clientes de pago y una presencia consolidada en el sector educativo:

. Ahora iniciamos una nueva etapa de crecimiento. Tu misión será
impulsar el desarrollo tecnológico hacia su siguiente nivel
, fortalecer la arquitectura, escalar el producto y liderar la incorporación de nuevas funcionalidades. Tendrás un rol clave en definir y ejecutar la estrategia tecnológica, asegurando que Stuveo evolucione como una plataforma robusta, innovadora y preparada para un crecimiento sostenido y ambicioso.

Lo que estamos buscando

  • 4+ años de experiencia como Software Engineer
  • Constructor práctico: prototipas rápido y conviertes ideas en funcionalidades reales en pocos días.
  • Curioso/a e inteligente: sigues de cerca nuevas investigaciones y aplicas lo que resulta útil.
  • Enfoque en el valor para el usuario: mides el éxito por el impacto en el cliente y el tiempo ahorrado, no por métricas de vanidad.
  • Mentalidad de responsabilidad: asumes los resultados y piensas a largo plazo en el valor del producto y de la compañía.
  • Atraes y desarrollas a buenos ingenieros, fomentando una cultura de apoyo y altos estándares.
  • Comunicador claro: explicas las decisiones técnicas y sus compensaciones tanto a ingenieros como a perfiles no técnicos.

Se valora positivamente:

  • Stack Tecnológico, React, , TypeScript, PostgreSQL, Tailwind CSS
  • Experiencia práctica en IA: has trabajado con herramientas modernas de LLM (orquestación de agentes, RAG,
    embeddings
    ) y sabes qué funciona en producción.
