Buscamos un
Sales Development Representative (SDR
) altamente motivado para unirse a nuestro equipo de ventas. En este rol, serás responsable de identificar prospectos, generar leads cualificados y ayudar a construir un flujo constante de oportunidades para el equipo de ventas.

Responsabilidades

  • Investigar y prospectar nuevos clientes utilizando diferentes herramientas de bases de datos
  • Realizar llamadas en frío, enviar correos electrónicos personalizados y participar en campañas de generación de leads.
  • Calificar leads y entender las necesidades de los prospectos para determinar si son una buena oportunidad de negocio.
  • Agendar reuniones entre los prospectos calificados y el equipo de ventas.
  • Mantener un registro preciso y actualizado de las interacciones con los prospectos en el CRM (como Salesforce o HubSpot).
  • Trabajar estrechamente con los equipos de marketing y ventas para optimizar estrategias de prospección y conversión.
  • Alcanzar o superar objetivos de generación de leads y reuniones programadas.

Requisitos mínimos

  • Experiencia previa en ventas, servicio al cliente o roles relacionados
  • Experiencia trabajando con CRM
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita
  • Dominio de aplicaciones como Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint), herramientas de colaboración (Google Workspace), y software de gestión de proyectos.
