We are looking for a Project Manager with experience in Radiofrequency T&M systems. The Employee will be part of the European T&M System Solution Design Team based in Madrid. Her/His main task is the coordination of the design, implementation and commissioning activities of RF T&M system projects for a wide variety of applications. The Employee will lead international projects, coordinate multidisciplinary teams and suppliers and will be responsible for the accomplishment of project delivery, cost and quality milestones.

Your tasks

  • Plan, coordinate and execute RF projects from definition to delivery and acceptance.
  • Develop and maintain timelines, budgets, estimates and resource plans.
  • Monitor RF engineering, procurement, installation and integration activities.
  • Manage relationships with customers, stakeholders and international suppliers.
  • Control risks and ensure technical and documentary deliverables.
  • Coordinate acceptance testing, commissioning and post-implementation support.
  • Prepare progress reports, project metrics (KPIs) and customer presentations when required.
  • Facilitate communication between teams of systems architects, system engineers and integration technicians

Your Qualifications

  • University degree in Telecommunications, Electronic Engineering, Systems Engineering or similar.
  • Demonstrable experience of 5 years in telecommunications and/or RF projects, with at least 2–3 years as Project Manager.
  • Strong technical knowledge in the field of RF.
  • Very high level of English. Fluid for technical communication and with international Customers.
  • Availability to travel nationally and internationally Desirable requirements
  • PMP (Project Management Professional) certification
  • Knowledge of the aerospace and defense sector.
  • Knowledge of contractual and purchase management
