The role:
GTD Defense & Security Solutions designs, develops, and integrates systems and products to secure and protect people, critical infrastructures, and territories. We create systems that support all kinds of peacekeeping and search & rescue operations, from HQ to personnel on the ground, including training and simulation tools.
We are looking for a Business Engineer to join GTD Defense & Security Solutions, the company of GTD Group specialized in the design and development of large, complex and/or safety-critical applications. The position will be based in El Puerto de Santa Maria. Here you will find more information about us:
Main functions:
1) Market Analysis and Business Strategy
:
- Conducts market research to identify business opportunities
- Analyzes industry trends and competitive landscapes
- Develops and implements business growth strategies
- Review of national and international programs to identify potential proposals
2)Commercial Management
:
- Assists in developing commercial proposals and contracts
- Identifies and manages key accounts and client relationships
3) Preparation of commercial materials
4) Development of marketing plans
5) Participation in trade fairs
.
Your profile:
- BSc. in Industrial, electronics or telecommunications engineering
- Orientation towards Systems Engineering.
- Knowledge of the Defense sector.
- Knowledge of Marketing.
- Ability to interpret technical specifications and translate them into commercial value propositions.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Fluency in English is essential (C1) ; additional languages are a plus.
- Availability to travel
Nice to have:
- Familiarity with public tender processes and contracting with public administrations.
- International experience or experience in multicultural environments.
