Were seeking a dependable Remote Reservations Specialist to manage reservations and deliver outstanding service from a fully remote environment. In this role youll process booking requests, confirm supplier arrangements, and act as a primary point of contact for clients and vendors. Youll play a key part in ensuring bookings are accurate, payments are processed correctly, and customers receive timely, professional support throughout the reservation lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive and process reservation requests for flights, hotels, ground transportation and activities.
  • Accurately enter booking details into reservation platforms and confirm supplier confirmations and vouchers.
  • Manage payments, refunds and booking amendments in line with company policy.
  • Respond professionally to client inquiries via phone, email and chat; resolve routine booking issues and escalate complex matters.
  • Monitor existing reservations for changes or disruptions and proactively communicate updates to clients and vendors.
  • Maintain up-to-date client records, passenger manifests and reporting logs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers to secure availability and ensure smooth fulfillment.

Requirements

  • 1+ years experience in reservations, customer service, hospitality or a related administrative role preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy when handling bookings and transactions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a client-focused attitude.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced remote environment.
  • Basic computer skills required (Microsoft Office especially Excel and Word email and internet research). Familiarity with online booking/reservation systems, CRMs or payment platforms is an advantage.
  • Reliable high-speed internet and a suitable home office setup.
  • Flexibility to work occasional early/late hours to accommodate client or supplier time zones.
  • Professionalism and discretion when handling confidential client and payment information.
