About Clayworks
Clayworks designs and runs signal-driven GTM systems for B2B companies.
We don't hand clients dashboards or templates.
We build the system, run the outbound, book the meetings, and improve performance.
This role exists because we want people who own outcomes, not hand-offs.
The Role
We're hiring a GTM Operator to own end-to-end GTM delivery for several client accounts.
This is a full 360° role:
You build the GTM system (Clay, data, automations)
You run outbound campaigns
You book meetings
You work directly with clients
You improve performance over time
If a client asks "why aren't meetings coming in?" — you know the answer and you fix it.
What You'll Own
1. GTM System Design & Build
You will:
Translate ICPs and GTM strategy into working Clay systems
Build enrichment, scoring, and routing logic
Design signal-based outbound flows (hiring, funding, events, podcasts, tech stack changes, etc.)
Maintain data quality and system reliability
You don't build "once and leave" — you own the system in production.
2. Outbound Execution & Meeting Booking
You will:
Launch and manage outbound campaigns (email + LinkedIn)
Personalise messaging using real signals
Handle replies and objections
Qualify leads properly
Book meetings on the client's calendar
You are directly accountable for meetings booked, not just activity.
3. Qualification & Call Handling
You will:
Ensure leads are qualified before booking
Create urgency and momentum
Handle reschedules and no-shows
Protect the client's calendar from junk meetings
This is not a "book everything that replies" role.
4. Client Ownership & Communication
You will:
Be the day-to-day delivery owner for your clients
Explain performance, wins, and issues clearly
Proactively suggest improvements
Align closely with the Clayworks Growth / CSM team
Clients should feel:
"This person owns our outbound."
5. Optimisation & Scale
You will:
Iterate on ICPs, signals, messaging, and sequencing
Improve reply rates, show rates, and meeting quality
Turn what works into repeatable Clayworks playbooks
Help refine how we deliver GTM across the company
What We're Looking For
Must-Have
Strong hands-on experience with Clay
Proven ability to book meetings via outbound
Comfortable handling replies and booking calls
Experience running GTM / outbound end-to-end
High ownership mindset — you finish what you start
Nice-to-Have
Agency or multi-client experience
Experience selling B2B services or SaaS
Familiarity with HubSpot / Salesforce
Experience with LinkedIn voice notes, Looms, or creative outbound
