¿Tienes conocimientos y experiencia en productos bancarios y de seguros y has desempeñado funciones orientadas a relaciones con clientes y desarrollo de negocio y te encuentras en búsqueda de un nuevo reto profesional motivador?

Nuestro cliente es una importante entidad aseguradora internacional se encuentra en búsqueda de un perfil de Analista de Negocio de Banca seguros para reforzar el equipo de Partnership de su oficina de Madrid que cuente con experiencia previa en rol similar y conocimientos sólidos en sector y productos bancarios y de seguros.

Funciones principales del puesto:

  • Impulsar iniciativas de desarrollo de negocio en los canales de Bancassurance and Assurbanking.

  • Colaborar con el equipo de Desarrollo y Gestión de Producto para crear nuevas propuestas de valor para el cliente y mejorar los productos existentes.

  • Realizar análisis de negocio, elaboración de informes (reporting) y seguimiento del rendimiento.

  • Reporting interno y externo a clientes (quarterly report).

  • Monitorizar el riesgo y la calidad del servicio dentro del canal.

  • Promover iniciativas de productos bancarios a través del canal de Red Comercial (Agentes Exclusivos/TA).

  • Coordinar proyectos estratégicos con las partes interesadas internas (stakeholders) para garantizar una ejecución exitosa.

Requisitos:

  • Formación en ADE / Economía o similar

  • Experiencia en sector bancario/ seguros

  • Conocimientos sólidos y experiencia en productos bancarios y de seguros (hipotecas, productos de ahorro, seguros de vida- ahorro, seguros de hogar etc)

  • Nivel alto de Excel, PowerPoint y Power BI

  • Nivel alto de inglés

  • Muy importante buena comunicación, capacidad de negociación, capacidad analítica, capacidad relación con clientes, orientación al detalle y calidad en el trabajo, y autonomía
