What we expect

We are seeking a Senior Digital Security Architect (d/f/m) with a strong background in IoT security, cloud security, and DevSecOps.

In this key role within our Architecture & Technology organization, you will design and maintain secure architectures across our digital and IoT landscape — ensuring that our connected systems, data, and applications are protected by design. You will collaborate closely with engineering and platform teams to embed security into every stage of development and operation.

Key Responsibilities

• Design secure architectures for IoT platforms, devices, and cloud-based services
• Embed security principles and controls across the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
• Define and guide secure coding standards, perform code reviews, and ensure compliance with company policies
• Support threat modeling, risk assessments, and security validation of key digital solutions
• Partner with DevOps, platform, and software teams to integrate DevSecOps practices and ensure security automation
• Collaborate with global stakeholders to continuously improve the company's overall cybersecurity posture

Who we are looking for

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Security, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in security architecture, IoT, or cloud environments
• Solid understanding of secure design principles, identity & access management, and DevSecOps practices
• Familiarity with IoT ecosystems, PKI, and cloud security frameworks
• Strong team player – collaborates effectively across functions, builds trust, and drives collective success
• Ownership and getting-things-done mindset – takes initiative, delivers results, and ensures secure outcomes in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)

Preferred

• Knowledge of security standards (e.g., OWASP, NIST, IEC 62443)
• Experience with automation, scripting, or Infrastructure-as-Code
• Professional certifications (e.g., CISSP, CCSP, Azure Security Engineer, Solutions Architect) are a plus
