Job Description
What you'll do
- Support customers and users by handling queries via email, online forms, and phone.
- Assist with catalog testing: code redemptions, links, and error detection.
- Coordinate with other departments to solve incidents (via JIRA or Basecamp).
- Make changes and updates to predefined templates and macros.
What we're looking for
- Current studies in Business, Technology, or Digital Marketing.
- Native or bilingual Spanish, and advanced English (C1).
- Advanced Catalan is a plus.
- Strong command of Excel and Google Drive.
- Curiosity and drive to learn about customer experience and digital platforms.
