En la Delegación de TIBA Spain estamos ampliando nuestro equipo de Aduanas y queremos incorporar a una persona en nuestras oficinas de Valencia o Barcelona ¿quieres formar parte del equipo?What will your functions be?Chequeo de la documentación del booking (importación / exportación) en los expedientes para preparar certificados.
Verificación del régimen aduanero de la operación, acorde con los procedimientos de despacho y asignación de los servicios paraduaneros a través de TARIC.
Confección de las solicitudes de inspección (Sisaex, Soivre y Sifi).
Trámite de los DUA´s y obtención de los códigos NRC necesarios para ultimar el despacho.
Inspección de mercancías en la Aduana con los organismos aduaneros y para-aduaneros correspondientes, controlando la manipulación de las mismas y fomentando las buenas relaciones con éstos.
Presentación y revisión en el Punto de Información Fronterizo (PIF), o donde corresponda según las mercancías, informando al departamento de Tráfico de las toneladas de mercancías manipuladas y tramitando la salida de los contenedores del PIF a destino.
Coordinación con el resto de departamentos para la correcta gestión del despacho.
Registro, actualización y archivo de toda la documentación en los sistemas informáticos.
Formación en Comercio Internacional, Transporte y Logística o similar.
Experiencia mínima de 3-4 años en puestos similares.
Nivel de inglés mínimo, B2.
Manejo del Paquete Office.
