We are looking for a motivated SAP S/4HANA Manufacturing and Planning (PP) Consultant to play a key role in our newly established SAP Center in Madrid. In this role, you will contribute to global SAP S/4HANA deployments, shaping the future of our production planning and manufacturing processes across multiple countries. Please note that the working location for this position will be in Madrid city, where we are currently setting up a new office location.

Creating passion: your responsibilities

• Drive the successful implementation of SAP PP within our global S/4HANA transformation program, ensuring consistency with the Liebherr global template.
• Translate complex business requirements into robust planning and manufacturing solutions (including configuration and customization), with a focus on production planning, capacity planning, manufacturing execution and operational master data management. 
• Support the integration of production processes with MES, EWM, SD, MM and CO ensuring end-to-end alignment.  
• Act as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders, providing expert guidance across all project phases: Design, realization, testing, cutover, go-live and post go-live support. 
• Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and knowledge transfer to empower key users and stakeholders.  
• Contribute to change management activities, ensuring adoption of new processes and S/4HANA solutions.  
• Support the creation of solution documentation leveraging tools such as JIRA and Confluence. 
• Collaborate closely with an international, cross-functional team to deliver high quality, and scalable solutions that support our global growth. 
• Travel (up to 30%) to Liebherr sites worldwide to engage directly with business teams and support deployments.

Contributing your strengths: your qualifications

• 3-5 years of professional experience as an SAP PP consultant, with hands-on exposure to international SAP deployments.  
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related discipline. 
• Proven expertise in SAP S/4HANA Manufacturing and Planning implementations, ideally in large-scale, industrial manufacturing, multinational environments. 
• Strong process knowledge in production planning (MPS/MRP), capacity planning, routings, shop floor control, order execution, master data (BOMs, work centers, routings), and their integration with MES, EWM, SD, MM, and CO. 
• Experience with Advanced Planning (PP/DS) and integration with scheduling tools is a strong plus. 
• Demonstrated ability to analyze business challenges and translate them into SAP solutions that drive efficiency and value.  
• Familiar with JIRA and Confluence (or similar tools) for task management and team collaboration.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.  
• Fluency in English (written and spoken); additional languages (e.g., German) are an advantage.  
• A collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively in multicultural and cross-functional teams.  
• Willingness to travel internationally (up to 30%) as required by project work. 
• SAP S/4HANA Manufacturing certification or equivalent credentials are a strong plus.
