Tu misión en Netquest
We are now looking for a Junior Fieldwork Specialist – Spanish & English, who wants to develop his or her professional career in an innovative market research company and who wants to join our Sample Services Team in Barcelona.
You'll work closely with clients and internal teams, taking part in every step of the project — from feasibility and proposal creation to data collection and quality control.

As part of a 10-person team, you'll report directly to the Head of Sample Services and collaborate daily with colleagues across multiple countries and departments.
Responsibilities:
- Elaborate tailor-made proposals and budget for our clients, delivered via email.
- Calculate the feasibility for potential projects using Netquest's online panels.
- Review possible differences between the conditions that have been commissioned and the real ones found when working in the project (sample sizes, length of interview, quotas, etc.).
- Daily project monitoring (online fieldworks), planning and communication with the clients.
- Manage the invitations to our database of consumers, based on their profile and the project needs.
- Ensuring the quality standards of data and samples in all our projects.
- Support the finance team with the invoicing details.
In our aim to promote a position that is present along the whole process with the client, you will be as well responsible for managing our panels to achieve the needed sample for those projects after the client accepts your proposal.
¿Qué buscamos en ti?
Bachelor's degree or vocational training in Market Research, Sociology, Economics, Political Science, or Business Administration.You have excellent Spanish and English communication skills, both written and spoken.
You have strong organization and time management skills.
You are perfection-driven and have an eye for detail.
You like working in team and you have good management skills.
