Assistant en Ticketing para promotora musical- The Project

THE PROJECT
 es una promotora musical líder en el sector de la música en directo, responsable de producir y organizar algunos de los conciertos, giras y festivales más destacados del país. Con más de 30 años de experiencia y más de 500 eventos anuales, seguimos creciendo y reforzando nuestro equipo.

, y trabajamos con artistas de primer nivel del ámbito pop, indie, clásico y urbano.

Funciones

  • Programar conciertos para ponerlos a la venta
  • Seguimiento de ventas
  • Control de accesos y venta el día del concierto
  • Cierre del concierto
  • Atención y resolución de consultas de clientes (entradas, horarios, precios, ubicaciones, accesos).
  • Registro y seguimiento de incidencias relacionadas con la compra de entradas o el funcionamiento del evento.
  • Monitorización de comentarios y mensajes para detectar necesidades, incidencias o alertas.

Requisitos

  • Formación en Ade, marketing, comunicación o experiencia equivalente.
  • Competencia profesional en castellano y catalán.
  • Inglés (se valora).

Experiencia mínima de 2 años en puesto similar.

Condiciones

  • Contrato laboral
  • Jornada completa-presencial
  • Incorporación al equipo de atención al cliente en Barcelona.
  • Participación en la organización y soporte de conciertos y festivales de primer nivel.
