CEMOEL, empresa del Grupo ASSA ABLOY, líder en el sector de la seguridad privada y especializada en la instalación y mantenimiento de sistemas electrónicos de seguridad, busca incorporar a su equipo un/a Administrativo/a de Gestión CAE para su oficina de Barcelona.

Funciones principales

  • Gestión integral de plataformas CAE (Coordinación de Actividades Empresariales) con clientes y proveedores.
  • Control y actualización de documentación legal, PRL y administrativa.
  • Seguimiento de incidencias documentales y comunicación con clientes.
  • Controlar los accesos de los empleados según planificación semanal.
  • Apoyo en tareas administrativas generales del departamento de PRL y RRHH

Requisitos

  • Experiencia previa en gestión CAE.
  • Conocimiento de plataformas como MetaContratas, CTAIMA, ente otras.
  • Persona organizada, proactiva, responsable y con capacidad de trabajo en equipo.

Se ofrece

  • Contrato indefinido y jornada completa presencial (Lunes a Jueves de 8:30 a 18:00).
  • Jornada intensiva todos los viernes, así como durante julio y agosto.
  • Salario: hasta 27.000€ brutos anuales.
