IE University´s Business School invites qualified candidates in the area of Organizational Behavior and Human Resource Management to apply for tenure-track positions at the Assistant Professor level in the Department of Human Resources and Organizational Behavior, beginning September 2026.
We are looking for candidates who can complement and enhance our existing research and teaching capabilities in the areas of strategic human capital, leadership, and organizational behavior. Candidates should have the potential to develop high-quality research, which can be published in top-tier peer-reviewed journals. They will have the opportunity to interact and work closely with faculty from their department as well as other departments.
Salary for these positions will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.

All applicants should have earned a PhD in a relevant discipline from a recognized school by the date of the appointment. Previous experience in teaching is a plus and Spanish proficiency is desirable, but not required. IE is an international school and thus, English is the main language of instruction as well as the main language of the institution.
