Technical Program Manager (TPM)
con experiencia en
frontend web
para liderar iniciativas clave dentro del e-commerce y asegurar que las soluciones técnicas se construyen con calidad, coherencia y foco en negocio.

Tus principales responsabilidades

  • Liderarás de principio a fin iniciativas del frontal web en un entorno de e-commerce a gran escala.
  • Traducirás las necesidades de negocio en especificaciones técnicas claras para los equipos.
  • Marcarás directrices técnicas y revisarás propuestas para asegurar alineación con arquitectura y estrategia.
  • Coordinarás a un equipo frontend (desarrollo, QA, full stack) y gestionarás dependencias con otros equipos.
  • Detectarás riesgos y bloqueos antes de que impacten.
  • Participarás en iniciativas avanzadas.
  • En casos complejos, podrás aportar código


Requisitos

  • 3–5 años de experiencia
    en roles similares (TPM, Tech Lead, Engineering Program Manager…).
  • Conocimientos sólidos en
    tecnologías de front
    : JavaScript (ES6+), Vue 3, HTML5, NodeJS, CSS3, ExpressJS
  • Capacidad para revisar arquitectura, evaluar soluciones y mantener la coherencia técnica.
  • Comunicación clara, criterio, autonomía y capacidad para moverte entre niveles técnicos y de producto.
  • Nivel de Inglés
    B2
    (deseable).
