Formulation & Process Senior Scientist – Biologics (Injectables)

La persona se integrará en un equipo técnico senior, participando en proyectos de desarrollo de producto acabado (drug product), con especial foco en inyectables biológicos, dentro de un entorno regulado GxP y altamente colaborativo.

Misión del puesto

Responsable del desarrollo, optimización, validación y transferencia de
procesos de fabricación de productos inyectables biológicos
, asegurando calidad, eficiencia y cumplimiento regulatorio, mediante la coordinación de actividades CMC y la colaboración con equipos internos y externos.

Principales responsabilidades

  • Desarrollo y optimización de formulaciones y procesos de fabricación de
    productos inyectables
    , preferentemente biológicos.
  • Definición y mejora de procesos productivos orientados a eficiencia, robustez y calidad del producto.
  • Diseño y ejecución de estudios de cualificación, verificación y validación de procesos.
  • Organización y coordinación de
    estudios CMC
    de los proyectos asignados.
  • Elaboración de documentación técnica y regulatoria (IMPD, eCTD, informes técnicos).
  • Colaboración estrecha con equipos de Producción, Calidad, QC, Regulatory y áreas analíticas.
  • Interacción técnica con clientes externos y partners.
  • Rol de
    Study Director
    en estudios desarrollados bajo estándares GxP.

Perfil requerido

  • Formación universitaria en
    Biotecnología, Biología, Bioquímica o Ingeniería Biomédica
    .
  • (Perfiles de Farmacia, Química o Física solo se valorarán si aportan
    amplia experiencia demostrable en productos biológicos
    ).
  • Experiencia
    senior
    (mínimo 5 años, idealmente superior) en:
  • Desarrollo de formulación y procesos de
    productos inyectables
  • Entornos
    GMP / GxP
  • Proyectos desde fases iniciales hasta producción o transferencia industrial
  • Se valorará especialmente:
  • Experiencia en
    productos biológicos
    (proteínas, anticuerpos)
  • Conocimiento de drug substance biológico y su conexión con drug product
  • Experiencia en escalado y transferencia tecnológica
  • Nivel alto de
    inglés
    , hablado y escrito.
