About the Role
We are looking for a Backend Developer with Java experience and a good level of English to join our hybrid team in Barcelona. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of backend development experience, working in high-performance environments and actively contributing to the continuous improvement of our systems and processes.
Main Missions
- Develop, maintain, and optimize backend applications using Java, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
- Implement server-side network components and high-performance applications by writing efficient, reusable, and testable code.
- Run diagnostic tests, fix defects, and provide technical support.
- Integrate systems with RESTful APIs, documenting with Swagger when necessary.
- Work with version control tools (Git, GitLab) and team development workflows.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of processes and systems by proactively proposing solutions and enhancements.
Required
- 2-5 years of backend development experience with Java.
- Experience with JavaScript and TypeScript.
- Experience working with AWS or similar cloud infrastructures.
- Knowledge of RESTful APIs and Swagger documentation.
- Experience with version control tools such as Git and GitLab.
- Good level of English.
- Strong collaboration skills, proactivity, and engagement with tasks and the product.
