We are looking for an eager to learn Product Manager Associate to join our dynamic Product team in Barcelona.

In this role, you will bridge the gap between business needs and technical execution, ensuring that our products deliver exceptional value to our customers. This is an exciting opportunity to grow within a fast-paced, innovative environment and make a tangible impact. 

About the Team: 

• The Product Team at Fourthline is key to our success, focused on building solutions that solve real customer problems at scale. We work in small teams that combine product, design, and engineering to move quickly and learn fast. You'll find a collaborative environment where ownership, experimentation, and data-informed decisions are part of everyday work. 

What you'll do:

• Collaborate with (senior) Product Managers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to define and prioritize product requirements. Meaning you will: 
• Assist in maintaining the product backlog, ensuring clarity and alignment with business goals. 
• Support the development and delivery of features by creating user stories, acceptance criteria, and wireframes. 
• Monitor and analyze product performance, gather user feedback, and suggest data-driven improvements. 
• Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives. 
• Work closely with development teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality features. 
• Champion employee engagement initiatives and foster our positive workplace culture, thinking locally on how they translate to our Barcelona team and globally how we build the shared experience for our Fourthline team.  

What you have:

• 1-2 years of experience in a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role. 
• Basic understanding of Agile methodologies and product lifecycle management. 
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail. 
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams. 
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a fast-paced environment. 
• Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, or other product management platforms is a plus. 
• Familiarity with working in fintech or identity verification domain is a plus. 
• A passion for technology, and a strong desire to grow within the field of product management. 
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
