• Education: Advanced degree (Master's or double degree). No specific field of study is required, depending on the candidate's experience.
• Professional Experience: At least two years of experience in EU proposals writing is required. Candidates may come from:
  • Previous positions in R&D consultancy roles.
  • Support roles in research/innovation funding within companies, universities, or technology centres.
  • Entrepreneurship support services related to public funds raising, through e.g., work in a tech startup, accelerator or business incubator.
• Additional Training: Training in European innovation funds and/or proposals writing is a plus.
• Language Skills: Proficiency in English (C1 level) is required. 
• Location:The first 6 months will be on-site in Pamplona. After this period, the possibility of remote work may be considered, depending on performance and project needs.

We are looking for an EU Grants Consultant specializing in writing and managing proposals for EU funding calls in the fields of technology and innovation.

• Building and writing innovation proposals for EU programs such as Horizon Europe, Digital Europe, COSME, Interreg, etc., as well as open calls in Cascade Funding.
• Preparing and submitting European project proposals for Sploro and our clients holistically – from ideation, to partner search, consortium building, proposal writing, budget planning, administrative management, and submission.
• Monitoring and analysing EU grants' calls opportunities in multiple EU Programmes and open calls in Cascade Funding.
• Identifying potential partners and forming and managing consortiums in the grant preparation and submission stage.
• Developing commercial activities related to consulting services for European grants.
• Participating in international consortium meetings with clients, partners and other stakeholders.
• Representing Sploro (physically or remotely) in workshops, European events, or info days organized by the European Commission or other agents in the EU grants ecosystem.
