Buscamos un nuevo/a compañero/a para sumarse a nuestro equipo de compras como aprovisionador/a - demand & supply planner con el objetivo de controlar el aprovisionamiento de nuestros operadores logísticos, evitar roturas y sobre stocks. Así como el cálculo y envío de forecast a los proveedores y el seguimiento del coste de comida.

¿Cómo sería tu día a día en Burger King?

  • Coordinar y hacer seguimiento de los proveedores y operadores logísticos bajo su ámbito de responsabilidad funcional para que los productos lleguen en los tiempos establecidos, con el volumen preciso y en función de las necesidades de negocio de cada momento.
  • Gestión diaria y directa de cualquier incidencia relacionada con el proceso de suministro.
  • Será el responsable de garantizar el stock suficiente por producto así como de gestionar la baja rotación y los obsoletos junto con el resto del departamento.
  • Participar y liderar todos los proyectos de eficiencia en el área logística.
  • Asegurar el alcance de los objetivos económicos establecidos para cada producto/servicio.

¿Qué buscamos en nuestro/a nuevo/a compañero/a?

  • Formación en ADE o afin.
  • Experiencia en puestos similares gestionando categorías de alimentación con productos perecederos, mermas...
  • Nivel alto de excel.
  • Inglés mínimo B2.
