Integration Project Team Support & Data Analyst
based

in Sant Joan Despí, Barcelona (hybrid role)

Your Mission
The role covers the execution of the daily admin tasks in the Strategy Associate to the CTO & Corporate Integration Project Manager, supporting all the teams that reports directly to the CTO

Your Major Accountabilities

• Planning & Support to Tech Transfer team to follow up specific topics and/or the general status on the projects. Coordination of different teams and tasks, contacting external stakeholders, organizing meetings, and preparing/maintaining reports.
• Creation of PO's (SAP) related to Quality, inclusive Tech Transfer activities and Serialization, Strategic Sourcing and Operational Sourcing and/or other needs from the area.
• Follow up on the PO's status and revision/validation of related invoices.
• Give direct support in end-to-end Transfer activities (from organizing trips and booking flights/hotel for the different teams (CTO and direct team, Relationship Management, Corp. Supply Chain, Tech Transfer team) and review metric of the projects
• Preparing presentations as per request from the different teams (CTO, SC, Tech Transfers, Quality, etc..).
• Preparation of Reports, Spreadsheets and Charts as per request (SAP source or excel).
• Coordination / follow up on the signature of documents / paperwork.
• Support to Quality/Serialization teams to manage and follow up reports or SAP topics
• Supporting the area in material/ reports generation

We Would Like You To Have

• Bachelor Degree with at least 2 years of Experience as Project Manager Support in Operations Area
• Experience in the pharmaceutical companies is a plus
• Quick learner with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and adapt to a variety of challenges.
• Ability to conduct detailed procedures in a time constrained environment
• Good level of English.
• Experience with SAP system.
• Good level of Excel, Power Point, Smartsheet.
