Your Role

In this role, I am responsible for ensuring the efficient daily operation, safety, and organization of the laboratory. My key responsibilities include:

Sample & Laboratory Management

• Sample preparation and handling.
• General laboratory maintenance to ensure a clean, safe, and fully operational working environment.
• Raw Material (RM) stock management, including inventory control and replenishment.
• Updating and maintaining labels for all raw material containers.

Logistics & Documentation

• Shipment management and parcel preparation for domestic and international deliveries.
• Preparation of customs documentation and fulfillment of customs requirements.

Consumables & Equipment Management

• Management of all disposable laboratory materials (e.g., gloves, lab coats, caps, bags, containers, boxes, labels).

• Maintenance and oversight of laboratory equipment, including:

• Regular contact with suppliers

• Coordination with technical service teams
• Requesting quotations
• Managing laboratory machinery (e.g., air purificator filters, safety cabinets, refrigerators)

Health & Safety

• Acting as the main responsible for reporting all Health & Safety topics on the SAI360 platform.

About you

• Demonstrates strong technical writing abilities and delivers clear, accurate, and well‑structured reports.
• Applies solid knowledge of laboratory safety standards and Good Laboratory Practices (GLP).
• Possesses basic computer skills, including proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Shows exceptional attention to detail and ensures thorough and consistent follow‑up on all tasks.
• Maintains a strong customer focus, effectively addressing the needs of both internal and external stakeholders.
• Communicates clearly and effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Adapts well to change and remains flexible and solution‑oriented when facing uncertainty or ambiguity.
• Makes informed and timely decisions based on analytical thinking, judgment, and experience.
