What You'll Do

  • Be the Guardian of Quality - Inspect aerospace components, assemblies, and processes to ensure everything is up to spec — no compromises.
  • Find and Fix - Identify defects, troubleshoot root causes, and work hand-in-hand with production and engineering teams to solve problems before they take flight.
  • Raise the Bar - Help us improve our inspection processes, finding smarter, faster ways to maintain top-tier quality without slowing down progress.
  • Document the Journey - Record inspection results and generate reports — because quality isn't just what we do, it's what we prove.

Requirements

What You'll Need

Must-Have

  • Proven experience as a Quality Inspector in aerospace, automotive, or high-tech manufacturing.
  • Strong understanding of technical drawings, blueprints, and inspection methods.
  • Sharp attention to detail — you spot imperfections others miss.
  • Knowledge of ISO standards, quality systems, and reporting procedures.
  • English is a must – is our working language.
  • Flexibility for morning-afternoon shift rotation each week
  • Working hours- 7hrs-15hrs for morning shift. 14hrs-22hrs for afternoon shift.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience with non-destructive testing (NDT).
  • Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma principles.
  • Basic understanding of composite materials or advanced alloys.
