The Role

We are looking for a Creative Project Manager with strong UGC video production experience to own paid social creative production end-to-end.

This role combines creative strategy, UGC video production, and project management, with a strong focus on performance marketing. You will work closely with creative strategists, media buyers, producers, editors, designers, and external creators to deliver high-performing ad creatives at scale.

Responsibilities

Own paid social creative production end-to-end, from concept ideation to final asset deliveryDevelop and pitch data-driven creative concepts aligned with performance goalsBrief, coordinate, and manage creative teams (copywriters, designers, editors, producers)Lead UGC video production, including creator sourcing, coordination, feedback, and revisionsManage creators, actors, influencers, contracts, and paymentsPrepare and organize scripts and assets for video shoots (no script writing required)Ensure timely delivery of projects within scope and budgetCollaborate closely with media buyers, brand managers, and creative strategistsUse performance data (CTR, retention, CPA, etc.) to guide testing, iteration, and optimizationOversee external suppliers and production partners as needed

Requirements

Proven experience managing paid social creative production for DTC / eCommerce brandsStrong experience with UGC video production for performance marketingHands-on experience with Facebook Ads ManagerExperience producing ads for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTubeStrong understanding of social media trends and performance metricsSolid project management and process ownership skillsExperience managing creators, editors, producers, and external vendorsHigh attention to detail and strong organizational skillsAbility to work cross-functionally in a fully remote, fast-paced environmentExperience in supplements, natural health, or wellness is a strong advantage
